2. Our Offerings

2.1 Advisory Sessions

We provide personalized planning consultations to support your objectives. Sessions are delivered online or in person based on mutual agreement.

2.2 Digital Guides

Digital guides are delivered as downloadable materials upon successful payment. Access instructions will be emailed within 24 hours.

2.3 Physical Items

Selected merchandise is shipped to your address. Shipping timelines are provided at checkout.

3. Fees and Payments

All fees are stated during the checkout process. Payments are processed through secure third-party platforms. You agree to provide accurate billing information and to settle applicable fees promptly.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

General Statement: We strive to deliver high-quality planning support. The following terms apply to all refund requests and scheduling changes:

• Digital Guides: Eligible for a refund if requested within 14 days of delivery. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment channel within 7 days.
• Advisory Sessions: You may request a schedule change at least 24 hours before the appointment. Sessions conducted as agreed are not eligible for a refund.
• Session Packages: Unused sessions in a prepaid package may be refunded, less a service charge equal to 10% of the package total.
• Physical Items: You may send merchandise back in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Buyer covers shipping back to us. Refunds for eligible items are processed within 10 days of receipt.
• Discounted Sessions: Sessions acquired at a special rate are non-refundable due to exclusive resource allocation made in advance.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and branding of ClarioPlan Center are proprietary. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

ClarioPlan Center is not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific offering.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any dispute will be adjudicated in courts located in Zurich.
